Operis is a leading advisor in project finance, renowned for financial modelling expertise, due diligence and funding advice. 

Operis uses several sophisticated applications and databases to manage the entire process flow for their business. These systems, written in-house and still in active development, are Lotus Notes applications. Operis wanted an external partner capable of providing maintenance services for its business-critical notes landscape. 

Northdoor provides a fully managed service to Operis for Lotus Notes and Domino, including remote monitoring and troubleshooting.
