In a data migration project for a major insurer we worked closely with users and managers to develop re-runnable data conversion scripts and establish success criteria. Our system knowledge enabled us to understand data conversion issues very quickly, and to ensure that even data that had historical problems and dirty data were converted successfully to the new system.

In another data migration project for a Lloyd’s syndicate, our technical expertise was complemented by our market knowledge to ensure another successful data conversion. 

At a major bank, we provided software testing of a Settlement Tracking System, managing other suppliers development and testing and giving formal guidance on progress measurement. Our experience and knowledge of testing systems enabled us to identify delays in the testing process. From this we were able to propose alternative solutions and create a user test plan to bring the project back on schedule.

We also provided software testing for an insurance processing system for a major insurer, where we managed and developed programming, system and user testing plans and built automatic, re-runnable testing software to speed up the testing process. As a result, the system was implemented with no major issues due to the success of the testing process, which enabled users to test all scenarios before implementation.
