FCm Travel Solutions, the global corporate travel flagship of Flight Centre Limited, is a leading travel management company offering a comprehensive range of end-to-end business travel and expense management services in the UK and worldwide. In the UK, the company employs some 600 people across 30 locations, generating annual revenues of around £300 million. FCm was voted Europe’s Leading Travel Management Company in the 2008 World Travel Awards, and most recently won UK Best Business Travel Management Company (over 250k transactions) in the 2009 Business Travel Awards.

With core systems fully managed by Northdoor, FCm UK enjoys high levels of availability without the need to employ an Oracle DBA. For a fixed monthly fee, Northdoor provides full management for the entire technology stack (AIX, Oracle, SVC SAN), effectively delivering the middle and back-office applications as a service to FCm UK.
