On-shore Helpdesk
With our on-shore in-house helpdesk with dedicated staff Northdoor delivers application support to organisations, large and small. In some instances, Northdoor are supporting applications developed by third parties or internal IT teams helping clients prioritise their resources for larger more strategic projects. In other instances Northdoor are supporting large, complex business critical applications developed by Northdoor or in-house teams.
As and when issues arise calls can be made to Northdoor’s helpdesk team by phone, email or through our web-based helpdesk system. Calls are dealt with quickly and efficiently by IT professionals who will be familiar with your systems and can ensure support calls are given the necessary care and attention.
