Get your email system delivered as a service using Exchange 2010. The Exchange service typically integrates into the rest of your business network by secure VPN connection, so the users can’t tell that their email is being provided from a remote server in the cloud rather than a server in your office.
The advantages of email as a Service are:
- Flexibility. If you need to add new users because your business is growing, the email accounts, Microsoft licensing and computing resource to deliver them can be added the day you request them. Similarly if a number of accounts are no longer needed, then these can all be quickly removed. You only pay for the licensing and computing resources that you are using at the time.
- Quality of Service. Because you are accessing an enterprise class facility which has been designed and built for capacity, resilience and security you will receive a better quality of service than you would from your own in-house infrastructure.
- Technology currency. You will automatically be kept up to date with the latest version of technology without having to undergo upgrade projects every 3 or 4 years.
- Financial. You only pay for what you use (including Microsoft licensing), and it is an Operating expense rather than a Capital expense. This is also a more cost effective way of providing the email service compared to buying, housing, powering, maintaining and managing the system yourself.
How can Northdoor help?
We offer a range of email as a Service solutions from a simple single cloud server where you perform the user administration and support through to clustered highly available cloud solutions that are fully managed by us (including all administration and end user support).
We also offer a migration service from your current email system whether that be an older version of Exchange, or Lotus Notes or GroupWise.
