Throughout his career at organisations including Coeo, Fujitsu Services, and MDB Service Consulting, Martin has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing large revenue operations and leading teams of over 100 professionals.

His expertise in transitioning major enterprise clients to new service models will be invaluable to Northdoor’s clients. Martin has successfully managed service transitions for prominent organisations, including Network Rail, Houses of Parliament, Pizza Express, Specsavers, Marks & Spencer, and Morrisons.
