Stuart Favier has over ten years’ experience in the insurance industry, primarily in client-facing and relationship management roles. He has worked closely with insurers, MGAs, and technology providers, giving him a broad understanding of how operational, commercial, and technology decisions are made across the sector.
Before joining Northdoor, Stuart spent two years at RDT, a software provider to insurers and MGAs, where he supported client relationships and the delivery of insurance-focused technology solutions. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Sterling Insurance (now part of Covéa Insurance), managing key strategic relationships across the business. During this time, he also undertook a 12-month secondment as a Product Owner, working in an Agile environment to help deliver new business implementations and product enhancements.
His experience combines commercial insurance expertise with hands-on involvement in technology delivery and transformation programmes, particularly within complex legacy environments.
