This two-day Data & Analytics Workshop is designed to help the organisation assess its current data landscape, define a clear vision for the future, and establish a practical roadmap for transformation. - Q&A, Brainstorm session (2h) with CDO, CIO, IT Operations Director, Head of Analytics etc, on the current infrastructure in use (As-Is) and their desired roadmap and outcome (To-Be)
- Level of technical detail to be agreed
